How Does The Process Work?
At Rusk Heating and Cooling, we not only provide the estimate, but the necessary information required so that you can make an educated buying decision. One of our trained and experienced Comfort Specialists - not a salesman, but someone experienced in installing and maintaining the equipment - will meet with you at your convenience to discuss your home comfort requirements and financing options.
During the in-home estimate, our Comfort Specialist will take their time in discussing efficiencies, heat-loss calculation, energy advice and the savings that a new heating and cooling system will provide for you verses your existing system.
You will later be given a detailed estimate that will include the product brand, model number, efficiency rating and options as well as a firm written price. Also, we will include product literature detailing the features and options of your equipment along with written warranties.
We will be available to start your job as quickly as possible and always be available for all follow up or any new questions you may have. We look forward to serving you.
