Our business, Professional Properties, uses Rusk Heating and Cooling for all of our HVAC repairs and/or new units that were damaged by water or fire. They do an excellent job for us! I have also used them for my home and they show up on time and are very courteous to all of our homeowners who need their services. We have never had a complaint about them at all! The last cold snap we endured, we lost our really old furnace, it gave up the goose. We contacted RUSK, we had seen their ads on TV, radio, and their work vans all over the tri-state area.Their technicians were at my house with a quickness, I couldn't believe it. They figured out the issues with our old furnace and we determined it was time for a new one.They had the old one removed and the new one installed in only one day! We were blessed to have heat again, living and sleeping like an Eskimo is not fun!they've got a life-long customer in me and I'll recommend their service to anyone that will hear me.Thank you RUSK!
So pleased so far with Rusk Heating and Cooling. We have an old boiler system with forced hot water. We needed to move a radiator in our master bathroom to an opposite wall to accommodate the new design. Professional, timely, courteous, and experts in the field, we were so pleased with the work they did moving the supply/return plumbing lines. Highly recommend, especially if you have a boiler heating system.

Our favorite tech Dave has been with them 50 +/- years. The guy who had to fill in on a Dave off day recently, only 40 years or so. ‘Nuff said. Old time quality and reliability.
We experienced AC problems on a Friday night and left a message. We were called back Saturday morning and the tech was here by about 10 AM. He diagnosed the problem and gave us options for repairs. The AC was up and running before noon. Overall, we were treated fairly and they do good work. We are very satisfied with Rusk.

We recently got a new air conditioner from Rusk because our old one was not working efficiently.We got quick service and were able to get the new air conditioner installed with 4 days. We are very pleased.
On time clean things that the other company had never touched. The last company was here for about 15 minutes, Russ was here for almost an hour. They do maintenance right.
The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained what needed to be done and even did my yearly checkup with the service call to install my control board.
Rusk installed my new HVAC system this spring. I reached out to them through their website on a weekend and received a response from Steve Morrison(owner) within an hour. Steve who is a wonderful person came out himself to start the estimate and I had it the next day. They arrived as promised and the system was installed on time. The installers that came out were very professional and courteous. Had a mild problem on a hot weekend in July where the system shut done and contacted them after hours. Within about 15 minutes Steve Morrison called me and was able to walk my wife through a problem with a moisture sensor. AC was back in action and they were out early in the week to replace the sensor.I would highly recommend Rusk to anyone looking to replace or service their HVAC. Great people who provide great service.
Rusk does it right! They have been my family’s HVAC provider for 64 years!!! Rusk provides excellent service, their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and get in and out quickly. Over the years we have used them for system repair, replacement and they installed a new system in an addition we added to our house. We were pleasantly surprised that the monthly Gas & Electric bill was less when using both systems. Their prices are reasonable and they are very trustworthy. Highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

Rusk was wonderful! I had called late Sunday night when my a/c went out and left a voicemail. The next morning I received a phone call back as soon as they opened and was able to schedule a technician to come out same day. Ron arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and fixed the problem within the hour. It was fair pricing for the work completed. I would recommend giving them a call for any HVAC need!

Rusk heating put my heat pump in right away. They offerred a financing program on their website. That came in handy. The unit is heating very fast and keeping whole condo heated. I have it on air circulate so it moves air around and kerps dust down. I am very happy
