Rusk installed my new HVAC system this spring. I reached out to them through their website on a weekend and received a response from Steve Morrison(owner) within an hour. Steve who is a wonderful person came out himself to start the estimate and I had it the next day. They arrived as promised and the system was installed on time. The installers that came out were very professional and courteous. Had a mild problem on a hot weekend in July where the system shut done and contacted them after hours. Within about 15 minutes Steve Morrison called me and was able to walk my wife through a problem with a moisture sensor. AC was back in action and they were out early in the week to replace the sensor.I would highly recommend Rusk to anyone looking to replace or service their HVAC. Great people who provide great service.

Rusk was wonderful! I had called late Sunday night when my a/c went out and left a voicemail. The next morning I received a phone call back as soon as they opened and was able to schedule a technician to come out same day. The last cold snap we endured, we lost our really old furnace, it gave up the goose. We contacted RUSK, we had seen their ads on TV, radio, and their work vans all over the tri-state area.Their technicians were at my house with a quickness, I couldn't believe it. They figured out the issues with our old furnace and we determined it was time for a new one.They had the old one removed and the new one installed in only one day! Dave Richardson is the best!! I had some trouble with outside unit for a week or so and I called rusk. It was a tricky job and not a common problem, but their technician Dave was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the usual call of duty over 2 DAYS and hours of work to try several solutions before locating the problem. Not only that, he was very friendly and assuring throughout the process and a great guy. I'll never use anyone besides Rusk and I'll always ask if Dave is available for the service!

I recently moved into a home and when I turned the furnace on for the first time it was having intermittent issues. I do not think the previous home owner realized this was happening. I called the furnace company I had been using at my previous home but they did not want to try to solve the issue and told me to call the company that installed the furnace 10 years earlier. So I called Rusk. It was a very complicated issue, including duct work issues throughout the house as well as some furnace issues. They sent several guys and it took some time but they never gave up. My furnace now runs perfectly. They were curdious, knew the system very well, and worked really hard. The owner told me it's been a family business for 4 generations and said 2 of his sons are staying with the company as well. I will be using Rusk as my HVAC contractors in the future.

Since I signed on to a Rusk contract for maintenance, a major source of worry about my heating and air conditioning system has gone away. The Company is reliable and helpful, and I have found them conscientious. I have just asked them to install an air purifier, and I am delighted with the result. They recommended a company to clean my ducts before the new system was installed, and they too were terrific. Based on long experience, I trust the people at Rusk to advise me and take care of my systems, and I have not ever been disappointed. I wish I had a Rusk for all he other essential systems I have to take care of.

In 2003, we had a complicated addition built on our 1864 home. We dealt with a lot of contractors. Rusk stood out at the time, and we decided to just stick with them for all of our heating/AC needs ever since. Never regretted it. Never felt the need to do comparison shopping. When my wife and I had a small business, we strove to make our customers feel that way. So, as far as Rusk goes, mission accomplished!
